PAYMENT OPTIONS
Custom Tire Cutting (CTC) accepts cash, American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Wire Transfers for U.S.A. orders and Canadian orders. For all other International orders we accept payment via Wire Transfer Only. All payments regardless of type will be U.S. Funds only. Personal checks must clear prior to shipping (usually 4-5 days). No C.O.D. orders.
SHIPPING & FREIGHT POLICY
(CTC) uses UPS – Ground, Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select. Extra shipping charges on all Motor Freight shipments (large tires and wheels). INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING For shipments outside the United States (CTC) will determine the shipping costs and notify you of the actual charges for approval before shipping the order.
RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied, return the new/unused item(s) in the original box prepaid within 15 days with a copy of the invoice for an exchange or credit only. (No cash refunds.)

No C.O.D. or freight collect shipments will be accepted. Credit will be issued for merchandise only – no refunds on handling/shipping charges. Sorry, NO RETURN ON MOUNTED WHEELS OR TIRES. There is a 15% RESTOCKING FEE on all returned merchandise – NO EXCEPTIONS.
WARRANTY
The warranty from various manufacturers will differ and all claims will be handled by the manufacturer for the item in question. Since these are high performance parts under extreme use conditions, there is no warranty on most parts. If there is a problem, call us first.
SALES TAX
Applicable 7% sales tax is collected on all sales in Indiana. If the parts are for resale, a sales tax permit number is required for Indiana purchases.
